I just came across your blog via the photog forum. I just wanted to say as a young(er) mother that you are incredible. You are handling this with the grace that a far wiser woman may not have. My daughter has had some difficulties, and I think more people should really take perspective. Not take anything for granted. I wish you the best of luck and I will be patiently waiting with you, as you welcome your son into the world.

I have been following your story for a while now, I can't believe the time is almost here. I will also like many others be praying and hoping for the best this week!

I buried my infant son. His coming and going was sudden and unexpected. I didn't have the months of knowing that you did. The differences in our stories....are they different crosses or different blessings? Maybe both. Your story is such a beautiful testimony to life. May God be with you in the days ahead, and give you the strength, peace, and grace to see you through.

What a special love that you have for baby Eli. Please take great comfort in knowing that GOD will hold Elijah in his arms for you, until you get there to do it yourself. I can not know just how heartbreaking this is for you and your husband, and pray that you both find some comfort and peace in the days to come. Give your daughter an extra hug in the days to come, for the hug that you can not physically give to Elijah, and know that he knows how much you sacrificed and loved for him! He felt the love you had for him, each day he was in your tummy, and for the hours that he was in our world.

My thoughts and prayers are with you.
